Storing Guide
If you don’t plan to enjoy your buns on the day of delivery, please store them in the freezer to keep them fresh.
❄️ Freezing note:
Matcha cream and vanilla custard fillings cannot be frozen, as the filling texture will change and cannot be reheated.
For other flavours, reheat in the oven or air-fryer until warm before serving.
Enjoy them fresh for the best texture and flavour!
Reheating procedure
🔥 For fresh buns:
- Microwave in 10-second intervals for a total of 20 seconds.
- Then place in a pre-heated air fryer at 180°C or oven at 200°C for about 1 minute.
- Let it rest on a wire rack before serving - this keeps the bottom dry and the crust nice and crisp.
❄️ For frozen buns:
- Microwave for 20 seconds, check if the sides are soft enough, then microwave again for another 20 seconds.
- Then place in pre-heated air fryer at 160°C or oven at 180°C for about 3 minutes.
- Always rest the bun on a wire rack before eating.
👉 Tip: Avoid microwaving for too long - it can make the top crust soft. And the air fryer or oven step helps bring back that beautiful crispy crust ✨
Our pre-order days
Pre-orders open 2 weeks before and close 1 week before the delivery or pickup date.
All pre-orders are available for pickup every Friday or delivery (extra fee may apply).
If you wish to pick up or have your order delivered outside our regular Friday schedule, please send us a DM on Instagram or email us at littlesweetlabb@gmail.com to discuss further arrangements.
Please note - some weeks, we may open additional pickup or delivery days, which will be announced a week in advance through our Instagram story, bio, or website.

How do we get the goods?
✅ Free pickup: Available at Oakleigh Station
✅ Free delivery: Orders over $80 within 10km from Oakleigh Station
📦 If your order is:
- Below $80, or
- More than 10km away,
We’re happy to deliver, but additional fees will apply.
Please send us your address via DM or email, and we’ll discuss further about the delivery fee and a suitable delivery time.
Are your bolo buns freshly baked?
Yes! All our pineapple buns are freshly baked on the day of your order.
We highly recommend enjoying them on the same day for the best texture.
If you’ve chosen the frozen option, simply store them in the freezer. They can be kept for 1-2 weeks and reheated anytime.
Can I microwave the matcha or custard-filled buns?
No. These are meant to be enjoyed cold and should not be microwaved, or the filling may split or lose its texture.
Please enjoy them on the day you receive them for best quality.
How long can I keep your Basque cheesecakes?
Our Basque cheesecakes are best enjoyed on the day of pickup, but can be kept in the fridge for up to 2–3 days.
Make sure to store them in an airtight container for the best texture and flavour.
