Refund policy
All our products are freshly handmade to order, especially for you.
Because of this, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please double-check all details — including items, delivery date, and pickup/delivery information — before confirming your order. Once confirmed, your order is scheduled and ingredients are prepared in advance.
For pickup orders, please arrive at the scheduled time.
If you are more than 30 minutes late without notifying us at least 1 hour before your pickup time, your order will be considered canceled with no refund.
Once the product has been handed over to the customer, we are not responsible for any damage, mishandling, or storage issues that may occur afterward.
If there’s an issue with your order (receiving the wrong item), please contact us within 12 hours with a clear photo, and we’ll do our best to assist.
